Striking Chords
Well this writer’s strike sure is something. Good thing it doesn’t apply to book writers. I don’t think I’d be a happy camper if I couldn’t write every day.
It does, of course, have some real-world impact on me. I don’t know if you heard that ABC is doing a TV-series adaptation of my Women’s Murder Club series (which is for grown-ups, not kids!), but of course that’s on hold now after they showed the first batch of episodes this fall.
And though it hasn’t worked its way through the pipe yet, the strike might end up causing fewer choices at the movie theater in a matter of months. Being the compulsive movie-watcher I am, I wouldn’t be happy about that, either.

From Kidsreads.com I found a link to teenreads.com and I was happy to see Maximum Ride on 'Ultimate Teen Reading List', and I'm sure you're happy too. I also found some more books I'd like to check out from the library that were on the List. Also, I was wondering how the Maximum Ride movie is coming along.
I watch the Womens Murder Club, and I'm only 14. By the way, 7th Heaven was great! I just finished it yesterday! I cant wait for the new Maximum Ride, and all of the others that are coming out in 2008.
I read on Wikipedia.org that Roses Are Red is being turned into a move...is it true?
I heard a report that the writers guild is getting closer to reaching an agreement. Any word?
What this means is that the studios will probably release all the awful movies they never intended to release. Just like the networks put on awful reality shows during the strike. Ugh!

Hello, of course I came to visit your site and thanks for letting me know about it.
I just read this post and wanted to say it is full of number one resources. Some I am familiar with. For those who don’t know these other sites they are in for a treat as there is a lot to learn there.
It’s hard to imagine, how people have guts to write comments like that. I would never write anything like this, because I would have thought what other would think of me after that. I know that it doesn’t matter who you are in Internet, you can act however you want, but anyway I would remember that a man should act nice and polite, no matter if he is online or offline
